Dynamic Kinesiology Training 2027-28
Willunga, South Australia

The Dynamic Kinesiology Course offers a wonderful opportunity to discover the potential of kinesiology to support mental, emotional, neurological and physical wellbeing through gentle, nurturing and non-invasive techniques.

How is the course structured?

Delivered over approximately 18 months in a series of three-day modules, this practical, hands-on course is carefully structured, with each module building on the knowledge and skills gained in the previous one.

What will I learn?

Developed by Christine Ammann, this unique training combines a wide range of kinesiology techniques as well as methods drawn from:

  • NLP

  • Bowen Therapy

  • Craniosacral Therapy

  • Chakras

  • Flower Essences

  • Primitive and Postural Reflexes

  • Ancient Centering Systems

You'll also gain a solid grounding in anatomy, physiology, nutrition, communication skills and other essential knowledge to support your practice.

Throughout the course you'll explore how Kinesiology, NLP, Bowen Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy may be used to help clients manage stress, ease pain and discomfort, support hormonal and digestive health, improve emotional wellbeing, and address learning and behavioural challenges.

You will discover why nutrition and effective communication are fundamental to wellbeing, and how practical knowledge in these areas can make a meaningful difference.

Will the course give me the skills needed to start practicing?

Yes!  From your very first module, you'll learn simple kinesiology balances to support your family and friends. By the end of the course, you'll have the skills, confidence and eligibility to register with the Australian Kinesiology Association (AKA) as a Level 4 Kinesiology Practitioner, should you choose to do so.

With supervised clinic experience, plenty of practical learning and ongoing mentoring throughout the course, you'll graduate with a well-rounded education and a strong foundation for a rewarding career in complementary health.

Modules 1-4 are Dynamic Kinesiology Essentials (DKE) and Modules 5-10 are Dynamic Kinesiology Practitioner (DKP).

I'm intrigued, how is the course structured?

The Dynamic Kinesiology Training is completed over approximately 15–18 months and includes:

  • 10 × 3-day training modules, with written assignments and kinesiology balances completed between each module.

  • 3 × 1-day Review & Assessment Days, held throughout the course.

  • 3 × 1-day Supervised Clinic Days, held towards the end of your training.

  • Regular group mentoring sessions to support your learning every step of the way.

Most three-day modules are scheduled approximately every four to five weeks (see dates above) and run Thursday to Saturday, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm each day. Separate days are allocated for Reviews and Assessments.

Will I need to complete written exams?

Assessment is competency-based, with no written exams.

To successfully complete the course, all modules must be attended, assignments completed, and competency demonstrated throughout your training.

The combination of practical learning, regular mentoring and supervised clinic experience is designed to help you build both confidence and competence, while giving you the support you need as you begin working with clients.

The Dynamic Kinesiology Course holds dual accreditation with the Australian Kinesiology Association (AKA), providing you with the following:
