Hubby likes to call me wimpy when I'm being a bit pathetic, for example when I say: "Pleeeease can you make me a cup of tea, my legs don't want to get off the sofa, it's been such a long day...(wimpy face)". But I like to think I'm not alone and everyone feels a bit wimpy now and then? Please say yes!
The best cure? Well aside from a cup of tea/glass of wine and some chocolate I find getting my body moving again often makes me feel better. If I'm feeling mentally or emotionally wimpy then doing something to make me feel physically strong really helps. My favourites are walking for the fresh air and connecting back with nature and Pilates for building strength and feeling connected to my body, hubby is a MAMIL (middle aged man in lycra...on a bike, not just walking around town!).
