Hi everyone,


Do you need some motivation to get your walking shoes on?  Completely understandable if it's a windy, wet, wintery day like it is as I'm writing this...but never fear, I have the answer for you!


Well, actually one of my beautiful clients, Karen has the answer for you.  She is starting "The Weekly Reset" walking group for women looking to reconnect, reset and find their stride.  I think many of you will find a like-minded soul in Karen so please connect with her if this lights up anything for you.

I hope this inspires you to get moving, join a supportive community and start truly nourishing yourself.  I'm pretty sure we could all do with more fresh air, laughter and of course a decent coffee.  And if this day or time doesn't suit you, maybe you could create your own group in your local area and let the ripple effect take hold.
