Last 6 guinea pigs needed for student Homeopathy clinic

Hi everyone,

Thank you so much to everyone who has been a willing guinea pig for my supervised homeopathy clinic so far.  I've really enjoyed working with you all and am excited to say I'm 3/4 of the way through!  It's fantastic to be able to put homeopathy theory into practice and see how it works in the real world.  

So…. I’m in need of just 6 more guinea pigs who are willing to come and have their case taken in a homeopathic way.  What does this entail?  Thank you for asking!  Here’s how it works:

• We will schedule an initial consult (60-90mins) and a follow-up (45-60mins) for about 6 weeks later.  Further appointments may or may not be needed and we will assess this as we go.

• Appointments can be made on weekdays and will simply depend on getting all three diaries to synchronise (yours, mine and the supervisor’s).  The next availability is the week starting 31st August but don't be put off - it's best to book in now as our diaries are filling up and the homeopathy appointments have to be spaced out to allow time for me analyse the cases.

• Appointments can be face to face (McLaren Vale, South Australia) or online so please feel free to forward this info to anyone you know regardless of where they live.

• My supervisor will be with us online.

• The initial consult is $70 and follow-ups are $50 – this cost goes towards paying my supervisor.  Remedies are extra – anywhere from $10 - $22 depending on where we source them from.

• At the appointment I will ask you for more information about the issue you want to work with as well as your general health.  We do ask a few weird questions in homeopathy so be prepared for that!  My supervisor will be listening in and giving me any help required.

• After you leave the appointment, I will spend some time analysing your case using homeopathic philosophy and come up the remedy I feel best fits.  I will then discuss this with my supervisor.  When we’re both happy with the prescription I will contact you and we’ll find the best way for you to receive the remedy.  I will give you precise instructions on how and when to take the remedy.

• The time between your initial consult and you receiving the remedy may take up to a week.

• We will have a follow-up appointment after about 6 weeks so you can give feedback on how things are going.  My supervisor will also be present for this.  Depending on your progress, you might receive no further remedy, the same remedy or a different remedy and we can discuss when another follow-up appointment is needed if any. 

What sort of health issues can homeopathy help with?

Pretty much anything!  It could be a physical issue like digestive problems, skin issues, hormonal issues or pain.  It could also be a mental or emotional issue such as anxiety, learning difficulties, anger problems or addiction and really anything else in between.  It’s ok if you are already using other modalities to treat the issue e.g. pharmaceuticals, herbs, supplements.  However, it’s not ideal if you are in the midst of changing these and trying new ones as this could make it difficult to ascertain if it’s the homeopathy helping or the herbs helping etc.

Homeopathy is suitable for everyone including babies, pregnancy and lactation.  It's also suitable for animals but unfortunately I'm not allowed to use animal cases for the supervised clinic sorry!

Who is my supervisor?

I’m very lucky to have Bronwyn Marks as my supervisor.  She is a local homeopath with over 30yrs experience with a wide range of issues so you are in very safe hands.  She works full time as a homeopath in Goodwood so we may need to book appointments a few weeks ahead of time to reserve spots.
