Hi everyone,
Can you believe we are into the final quarter of the year?! And for many students that means final exams are coming up and final assignments are being done.
Exams and big assignments affect different people differently - some perform best under pressure and some crumble at the thought of an exam. Some love pouring over the research for an assignment and some procrastinate until it's nearly due. We all have our little ways! And we can generally all use a bit of help at this time of year. So this email will outline some fantastic Australian Bush Flower Essences to help with exam stress and assignment focus while next week we'll go through some quick and easy Kinesiology techniques for focus, concentration and calmness.
This essence definitely does what it says on the tin! Promoting calmness and clarity. It may help with:
difficulty prioritising or organising study
irritability
difficulty sleeping
always feeling rushed
worrying
impatience
Although exams and assignment deadlines are not a life or death situation, they can sometimes feel like it! The fight flight response often kicks in with:
butterflies or tension in the stomach
clammy palms
jaw clenching
trembling
shoulder & neck tension
feelings of anxiety, panic, fear or dread
feeling like you literally want to run away from the exam room
Emergency essence will help you feel like you can cope with the situation more easily.
Need some brain integration? Focus essence is great for connecting the left and right hemispheres of the brain so is wonderful for:
poor information absorption and recall
overwhelm
confusion
day-dreaming
lack of focus
Any of these essences can be taken straight before and during exams - put 7 drops in your water bottle if you don't want to take the essence bottle with you. During study times you can take 7 drops twice a day for a couple of weeks.
They can be brought direct from www.ausflowers.com.au or I can make them up for you.
Happy studying!
Carla :)
