Apologies for the delay in this email - internet issues last week!
Following on from the last email I've made a short video showing 5 easy techniques to reduce exam stress and improve focus.
The sequence in the video is a great way to do the techniques but you can also pick and choose which ones feel best for you. The first two are switching your brain on and connecting all the areas in brain and the last three are for calming the brain the nervous system so you can actually focus and retain all that information! While you are studying they are best done every day - ideally at the start of your study time. And although I'm chatting a bit in the video, once you know what you're doing they will be even quicker.
