Snack attack!


Hi everyone,


We're having a break from our ABC's this week to share an easy recipe for a healthy snack.  I'd challenged myself to have a break from chocolate after Christmas and I did but for the first couple of weeks I was definitely still looking for it so decided to make some bliss balls to help.  These Raspberry Power Balls are delicious - I'd never thought to put frozen raspberries in bliss balls before but it's a definite winner!  As with all bliss ball recipes you can tweak the ingredients to suit what you have in the cupboard.  I didn't have any hemp seeds so just used some ground up sunflower seeds instead.


All the recipes on nutritionfacts.org are plant-based so if you are looking for some inspiration - maybe you're trying meat-free Mondays or maybe you want some higher fibre meals - this website is a great resource.
