A little taster...

Hi everyone,


Following on from last week's email, here is a little taster of the online Autumn Pilates Meridian class:




We will be focusing on exercises that work and stretch the muscles associated with the lung and large intestine meridians including the arms, shoulders, neck, diaphragm, hamstrings, ITBs and lower back. Just a little bit to cover!


Here are all the details:

  • Mon 20th March 6pm - 7pm (ACDT)

  • Live online via Zoom

  • Recorded so you can redo the class as many times as you like!

  • $25 (+ $1.09 eventbrite fee)


What you need to have:

  • A yoga or pilates mat

  • A theraband, yoga strap or towel

  • Comfortable clothes to move in

  • Your wonderful self!


Pilates experience is not required for this class but if you have any injuries or medical conditions please check with the relevant health professional before doing this class.
